    How to measure your feet

    To be sure you find the right size, simply measure the length of your feet and compare your longest measurement to the style's specific size guide.

    1. Stand up straight on a solid surface with your heels against the wall and a piece of blank paper taped to the floor.
    2. Mark a straight line at the tip of your longest toe and at the back of your heel for both feet. Measure straight from the toe line to the heel line.
    3. Compare your measurement against the sizing chart.

    • What is the fit like? Our cushioned footbed offers extra support around your feet with a 5 mm (about 0.2 in) foam midsole, making your feet feel embraced in a softer and tighter fit. If you’re between sizes, we recommend to size up for extra comfort.
    • If you prefer a slightly tighter fit, this is the footbed for you as the cushioned foam midsole builds support around your feet.

Once received we will send you an email update. Please allow 5-10 business days to process the exchange. Once the exchange is processed, Sandgrens will ship the new pair of clogs to the customer at no additional cost. However, all shipping fees will apply for each exchange thereafter.
