To be sure you find the right size, simply measure the length of your feet and compare your longest measurement to the style's specific size guide.
1. Place a piece of blank paper up against a wall and tape it to the floor. Place your heel against the wall on top of the paper and mark the longest part of your foot on the paper.
2 . Repeat the process with your other foot as the measurements might differ between your left and right foot.
3. Compare your longest measurement to the style's specific size guide.
→ If you are between sizes we always recommend sizing up. The base is made of wood and if your foot measurements are longer than the base, it will most likely not be comfortable your feet to rest on.

The best thing you can do for your Nubuck leather clogs is get into the habit of brushing them with an all-natural horsehair shoe brush on a regular basis to help re-nourish the leather.
This will keep the natural oils evenly distributed in the leather, as well as preventing dust particles and dirt to turn into a permanent stain.
The brush measures 6 3/4” long x 2 1/4” wide.

Exchange
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Therefore, we accept exchanges in the event that the size, style or color does not meet our customers’ needs. Exchanges are accepted as long as they are in an unworn, re-sellable condition. Exchanges must be received within 30 days of the order confirmation date. Once received we will send you an email update. Please allow 5-10 business days to process the exchange. Once the exchange is processed, Sandgrens will ship the new pair of clogs to the customer at no additional cost. However, all shipping fees will apply for each exchange thereafter.
Shipping
Once the order is confirmed, your clogs will ship from either Sweden or our U.S.-based warehouse. Make sure to check your spam filter for your order confirmation emails. Orders will ship within one to five business days. We’ll provide you with tracking details via email once your order is shipped. Special shipping rate apply. Please see FAQ for more details.
